MCA TITLE 30 – CHAPTER 14 – Part 1 – 30-14-160 Firearms code “prohibit a financial institution from mandating firearms retailers to adopt a firearms code that is separate from a general merchandise retailer or sporting goods retailer.”

Where do I find in the Montana Constitution the law that Governor Greg Gianforte signed in 2023 prohibiting financial institutions operating in the state from requiring a credit card merchant code to track the purchases of firearms and ammunition separately from other types of purchases?

FIRST: This bill and it’s passage and signing into law did not happen by accident. It required pro-gun voters like you and me electing pro-gun candidates that support it. I have watched many reviews on the rifle, including that one. I watch all of his reviews.
In some reviews, issues were encountered with that specific example of the firearm. But I have also seen long term reviews like (Shooting gear reviews) among others, that have run everything in their examples, even out of crappy 2amend mags.

Fuddlore or not, there is footage of a .45 1911 being fired at a tank and the tank exploding into flames. Granted it was a film, (Saving Private Ryan), and of the 2nd Ranger Bn, and some gave credit to the P51 Mustang flying over at the time and something about dropping a tank buster, but I still think the Mighty 1911 in 45 ACP did the job.

This discussion over calibers will go on long after we are all dirt and the Union of Soviet States of America is a distant memory.
