I know very little about this gun as it was my father’s. The action is a Westley Richards & Co made in London (I was told at the last Kalispell gunshow, without any thing to substantiate it, that the action is a 1922 year). I’m not actually sure if the model is a Sherwood or a Rook. It has obviously been re-barreled, as the barrel is from a Remington 513 match master in 22 Long Rifle.
The scope is a J.W. Fecker 1920-1930 and in very nice optical condition.
All in all I think the whole thing is in spectacular condition.
All information provided above falls under the preface that I know very little about this gun! You must do your own due diligence. I was offered $1000 for the scope at the gun show.
