I am the original owner of this weapon, purchased in 1998.
Offered for sale is this Beretta M9 ‘Special Edition.’
The exterior box has some wear on it, it is the original box issued nearly 30 years ago.
Comes with three magazines, the two original, as well as one additional magazine- capacity-15 per
Plus one to the chamber
This was produced on a limited offering in the late 1990s and features USGI parts with their correct drawing numbers as well as ‘PM’ proof marks on the barrel and slide assembly.
The barrel is chrome-lined.
Overall, this weapon is in excellent condition and was only lightly used ( less than 100 rounds through) approximately 98% original and authentic finish.
The larger factory box holds an unissued USGI M1015 Pistol Belt, unissued M1025 Magazine Pouch, and unissued M12 Pistol Holster.
The small, inner box contains a USGI M9 Operator’s Manual, Factory Manual, M12 Soldier’s Guide,
The original padded paper wrapping is enclosed, protecting the M9 and its 15-round magazine. The outer and inner boxes match the serial number on the M9.
