Remington Model 700 ADL Deluxe Rifle .280 Remington re-chambered to the .280 Ackley Improved with a 40 degree shoulder. SN: 231354. This rifle features a 22″ barrel, Monte Carlo checkered walnut stock, a non prefix serial number, front and rear sights, a blind 4 shot magazine (no floor plate) and hard plastic butt plate. ADL’S chambered in .280 are not acommon helping to add some value to this rifle. The rifle has a 2×7 Redfield battlezone with MOA dial up settings and a tactical reticle. Also included are five rounds in a butt stock cover. The metal and wood retains 98% of factory finish. There is a small hair line crack in the stock just in front of the trigger gaurd which does not hurt the function of the rifle and could easily be repaired. The rifles stock was finished with Dupont’s high gloss finish on the stock which was a popular feature of the period.
