As always, I’m looking to upgrade my personal collection.
Pretty cool vintage wheel gun for practice, training, plinking, or carry. Shoots great. More details below.
Montana residents legal to purchase only. Will require bill of transfer and MT ID. Cash or Bitcoin OK. Would also consider a .357 revolver or a compact carry (p365 or similar) 9mm as part of a trade.
DETAILS:
Brand: High standard, model: sentinel mark I, caliber: 22 LR. barrel length: 51mm / 2 inches (snub), Action: DA revolver; cosmetic condition: 8.5/10. Functional condition: 10/10. Manufacture date between 1975-1984.
Vintage revolver in great shape. Holds cock, indexes well, timing is excellent, action is very tight, flawless lockup, cylinder gap is small, no end-shake. Ramp front and grooved rear sight. Two-piece hardwood grips with thumb rests cut for left and right handed shooters. Matte nickel finish. Finish shows some light handling marks but overall in great condition for its age. Forcing cone area is a little dirty but otherwise the gun is clean and ready to shoot right away.
I recently fired several cylinders of CCI mini mags and everything worked flawlessly. Snubby sights are not adjustable but point of aim, point of impact are good and where you’d expect in the 7-10 yard range. The DA trigger is heavy but better than you’d expect for its vintage. SA trigger is light and crisp.
BRING YOUR OWN SNAP CAPS if you want to dry fire it!
