This was my baby for a long time, originally it was the start for a DeLisle styled carbine.
This gun is safe to fire, and I have shot steel out to 100yrd with it. It could use some gunsmith love though.
I purchased the receiver from a bubba’d project.
Most of the conversion kit I bought from Richard at SIA.
Im not sure if he bought parts from Rhineland, or machined everything himself.
-Magazine adapter (with mated bolt head cut for ejector, and a rim added for .45 case head).
-AR pistol grip adapter (SIA)
-AR buffer tube folder (ACE, modified to permit bolt clearance)
– some chunky ATI AR grip (deep for improved trigger indexing, heavily modified to permit folding of stock)
-Magpul MOE stock with cheek riser
-drilled and tapped pic rail (by gunsmith)
-see all tritium sight
-16.5 in barrel, with threaded lock nut (AR15 foreend thread pitch)
-will include ATI synthetic stock / hardware
-3 x 10 rnd 1911 mags by MecGar
