Up for sale is an early TC .50 cal “Hawken” muzzeloader. 5 digit serial number. Built back when employees had pride in their work . Early style with the inlaid brass and pronounced cheek piece on the buttstock. 90-95% blueing left, case colored hammer and plate. Adjustable rear sight with black blade front. Nipple is good. Bore is excellent . No rust. Brass is still high polished. Double set trigger functions perfectly. Wood has excellent finish left. A couple small scuffs on the wood. Screws in great shape. Tang is drilled and tapped for a tang sight. Shoots great. Gun has been well taken care of. A beautiful example of an early TC “Hawken” rifle. Cash or Venmo. Local pickup. $475
