It could have and should have already been done. But it would be outside the regular session so you good citizens can just wait on us to do our jobs. Now that the folks currently in power have thoroughly messed up, we can expect a fair amount of push back from the incoming house and senate in DC. It should be a really good show. All the NFA gains that have been made will probably be erased as fast as they can muster the votes. There are times when the government drags its' feet on purpose. And in case anyone is wondering, the laws on the Montana books are currently in force. If you violate any of them, you can still be prosecuted. I wouldn't try to push the envelope in Bozeman or Missoula. I have a feeling they won't care what Knudsen says.

Love Carlin. He’s wrong on this. There may not always be someone to vote for. There is always someone to vote against. Our Constitutional Representative Republic functions for the majority of those who vote.
