Joe agreed to time, place, and price then the afternoon of the meet said he had a conflict come up, but could reschedule when it worked for me. Contacted him several days in a row via text and on MGT and he refused to respond. If he's had an emergency, I'll ask Randy to delete this review; otherwise, I think I'd take backing out of the agreement better than just refusing to respond.
