Springfield Armory 4″ Fully Loaded 1911-A1 Champion Model
4″ Barrel, Skeletonized Hammer and Trigger, Beavertail Grip Safety, Extended safety, cocobolo checkered grips w/o diamonds, Bushing Full Length guide rod with triple spring recoil reduction system that makes for a very nice handling and shooting 1911 that groups well.
I bought this probably 18 years ago as a base gun for a custom 1911 build from a WWII Marine (Iwo Jima veteran). But its largely sat in back of the safe, I’ve only taken it out to shoot a couple times in the years I’ve owned. It does have the normal wear on the rails from shooting that are common for the period.
Including the original carry case, manuals, and 2 -7 round magazines with Wilson Combat followers.
