I bought this probably 18 years ago as a base gun for a custom 1911 build from a WWII Marine (Iwo Jima veteran). But its largely sat in back of the safe, I’ve only taken it out to shoot a couple times in the years I’ve owned. It does have the normal wear on the rails from shooting that are common for the period. Why buy a turkish knockoff import, get American made hardware.
