#107 of only 500 made. Jeff Quinn was a writer and videografer of gun blast . He passed away a few years from cancer and Ruger made 500 of these as a tribute. The grips have his likeness and signature. 5 shot smooth cylinder . I bought it from a buddy and it’s been shot…but to what degree i can’t say. It looks in great condition and I have not even loaded it. Information is scarce on the intetnet except for what’s listed in the Pic section. 700 to 1100 value.
