This is a First Spear Strandhogg V3 carrier. It’s set up with a FS large cummerbund and a Shellback Tactical kangaroo pouch (w/pistol rated soft armor panel). The FS placard is set up for AR mags. All of the stuff is Manatee. The plates are RMA 1155 Multi-Curve Level IV rifle ceramic/PE.
You would be hard pressed to tell this from new, it looks absolutely mint. I have several sets of body armor this is kind of extra. I would sell the carrier without the plates if you already have your own. The plates are 2 years old, never worn and never exposed to UV/sunlight.
