It is something to think about, I am always worried about over penetration with a carry gun or home defense, you miss and goes thru the walls of the house or apartment, a small framed person,or it just goes right thru !! You hit someone else. Even if you are justified in shooting the other party files a civil suit against your SOL.
I liked his testing, it proves to keep you figure off the trigger, the P320 that killed the airman my condolence to his family. Was it a freak accident did something catch on the trigger ? Its no different then the mom from Manhattan MT who shot her son while unloading a Remington 700 that locked the bolt, when you take it off, no safety, went thru the horse trailer and killed him on the other side. I could not image the grief they went thru, but gun safety point it at the ground or in the air somewhere safe. I have two of the older Remington with the bolt lock, will not remove them, keeps it from brush or pack opening the bolt and kicking out the round. As I said in another thread I had a P320,moved it down the road not that it was unsafe, I just didn't care for the feel of it. Lesson ALWAYS KEEP YOU FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER,no what the make of the firearm. And before someone spouts off I have S&W,Colt,Ruger, Walther,Glock, in Semi auto, have for many years.
