Correct once you realize the huge population differences between these groups, it becomes even more crazy. Per capita is what really makes these stats shine. Many people can’t understand this, and will simply see that most arrests were white people and immediately point to that and start squealing. Here in America, we have a very small percentage of the population committing majority of the crimes.
For context, one should look at the percentage of each race because Whites are a larger percentage of the population and Blacks are a much smaller percentage of the population. Also take into consideration that the government counts Arabs and Jews as "White", at least the US Census does...and that cops are much more eager to arrest Whites because they don't have to worry about accusations of racism or profiling.
Exactly why in the blue f*** are we paying to remodel the WH ballroom? For a President so concerned with saving the Nation money that's a mighty curious expense.
