Not really sure they care which side goes kinetic. Whichever goes first, the other will definitely answer. This stuff has been simmering for years and is now on its' way to boiling over. I am sure there will be provocateurs out trying to get a kinetic reaction or possibly false flags orchestrated by the powers that be. For world governance to be obtained, the majority of the U.S. population will have to be re-educated or eliminated. Any resistance to their attempt to control the globe will be dealt with.

Whichever way it goes with this alleged shooter, the outcome will turn kinetic. That is the outcome desired by the global powers. Don't go wandering into the emotions zone. Stay fact based and pray for discernment that you may see things for what they are.
