Reports based on background checks for new gun purchases through FFL Holders stating the total number of firearms in Montana are most certainly wrong. It is much higher than that and we plan to keep it that way. Of the estimated 60%- 90% or more of homes with guns, the average number of firearms owned is likely around six. With some, many, many more! Do you only have one tool in your toolbox? Of course not. Guns are tools with different jobs to perform. Remember that as you drive down the street here. Nine out of ten of the homes you pass have them. Thousands and often tens of thousands of rounds of ammunition in storage is certainly not uncommon.
Gun ownership for hunting, self defense, investment collection and shooting sports are simply standard operating procedures in Montana.
It is mission critical to teach your kids about firearms safety and overall handling as early and responsibly as you can! Kids are curious, that’s all there is to it. If you have children it is highly recommended that you teach them how to handle the possibility that they will interact with firearms and even ammunition unless you plan to lock them in their room. Especially when visiting their friends at their homes!
Firearms are a tool we use to protect our families and property from predators of all types. It is also a necessary tool to help provide food for our families, as well as being a popular form of competition, recreation and collection. Guns can even be a great investment. An investment that requires considerable responsibility to own and most Montanans do just that.
Gun Logic: As soon as your child can physically pull a trigger, is it not time to teach them safe gun handling?
Procrastination in teaching your kids or securing your firearms can easily end in tragedy whether at home or at their friends. If you have kids too young to teach gun safety, be sure to use a gun vault or similar storage device for your smaller weapons and handguns next to the bed, etc. These make them secure and reasonably accessible to you. They also aren’t that expensive. Certainly cheaper than the potential consequences. Practice testing them weekly and replace batteries as needed. Rifles should be locked in a gun cabinet or secured with other types of gun locks to help keep curious little fingers away.
Tenuous describes an argument, claim, connection, or evidence that is extremely weak, flimsy, speculative, and lacking a sound or substantial basis. That's not a word anyone should be betting anything on, especially ones freedom and livelihood.
Clearly we all have seen, evidence, warrants, and guidance be damned, if they want to arrest someone they just do it and qualified immunity protects the racket, especially here where we are all riding the rails of the kangaroo express of the 9th circus...
There is no penalty or even a slight inconvenience for subjecting anyone in Montana to process for any of this.
Given the political degradation of default to state power rather than the authority of the citizens, there obviously never will be.
Knowing that the process is the punishment, you can certainly look forward to arrests in Montana. Once again accountability is completely absent on the official side.
Monetary punishments and fines are always the burden of the taxpayers not the official. Just a fair warning of opinion.
Services will degrade in quality and soar in costs the quickest. Ownership of things like cars, appliances, machinery, and finally hobby centric items will become increasingly enshitified and burdensome. It's a stratigized scheme to convince westerners to demand the demise of their own industries. You will demand that cars and appliances and machinery are better made but they will ignore the will of the people because they no longer care about your worthless money. This was already becoming clear when they started referring to us as consumers instead of customers and associates instead of employees.
Oh yes, you will boycott...vote with your wallet..so on and so forth. And in turn, these companies will suffer and lose profit, in turn causing layoffs and firings, in turn causing an inability to continue to conduct business at scale, in turn causing a loss to private equity shareholders, in turn causing forced bankruptcy, in turn causing you to have finally no where to buy anything , in turn causing self fulfillment of their plan. It's codified into law already. There will be no re-industrialization of the west. Offshore infrastructure is never coming back, it's not possible. All industry except militarized complexes and surveillance endeavors will collapse. Education and healthcare are already major contributions to the surveillance apparatus so I include this in the MI Complex as well.
What they have been telling us for years is now is finally completely possible. They need only a small fraction of the current population to serve them and since westerners are not conducive to this plan they are replacingthem with a servant class that, having been born into shit and having only ever seen suppression and strife, are already accepting of the squalor they will create out of the ashes of western civilization.
