He was all in, asked me to “not leave him hanging bro” on the trade…day of trade confirmed via text it was on, with, he’s all in…start heading the 3 hours to him…get a text, hey some guy made me a cash offer I had to take. Guess “leaving people hanging bro” only applies to others and giving your word is just meaningless in Montana now…

Would never deal with this guy chuck or his legacy estate sales for anything!
