Sold me a damaged rifle

Everything about buying from him was great, besides selling me a damaged rifle. The bolt on the ruger American he sold me looked a little different and compared it to my other rifles when I got home. Something was wrong. I sent it to ruger and they said the bolt was damaged. In my opinion There is no way the seller could have not known. He states he had no idea. Luckily, ruger is making me a new bolt.

Didn't realize you reviewed our interaction in this manner until now. I would have been happy to discuss this further. Had I known the bolt was damaged I would have had it repaired prior to sale. As discussed it was my dad's rifle which he gave to me and I did not need it. I never shot it, and when he did it operated as it should.
