I have a decent number of people asking me (I don't have my SOT yet, sorry!) and the answers I hear from my more can-obsessed buddies is MT Tactical, Bob Wards, and Empire Arms in Manhattan (who I personally use). Have also heard Team Scoute downtown does NFA transfers. Best of luck!

I just found out about GOA because of this ruling. I become a member today. I would suggest that anyone reading this also join GOA. It's only $25/year for the basic membership. They do a lot to fight for our right to bear arms.
