Abortion is not a right.
Yes many societies throughout human history have invented a right to murder their own kids pre or post birth, but they are the horrible and regrettable exception, not the rule.
There's more disingenuous language in this bill implying that doctors do not already have the right and ability to act for the sake of the mother's life during her pregnancy. Leftist abortionists would muddy the waters with claiming that prolife laws would even sacrifice the mother for the sake of the pre-born human when that isn't the case. We know each to be equally sacrosanct as each is entirely their own person, and that is where abortionists would have us stumble, as their message is that the pre-born is entirely NOT even fellow, equal human as the mother.
As for those thinking that a number of weeks or some amount of time into a pregnancy is okay, a "compromise," know that it isn't. This little one full of the potential of a life the same as your own? Their beginning started at the same first day as yours or mine: conception. The logical and scientifically unassailable reality of that fact insists that it really is that simple: abortion is the ultimate "might makes right" abuse of convenience and position. You're on the outside so you can kill a kid for what selfish reason?
