This is a 2024 Weatherby Mark V Backcountry 2.0 with Titanium action chambered in 7mm PRC.
Original MSRP of $3,500. Weight (without optics) is exactly 5.5 lb. It has a 24″ barrel + 2″ muzzle brake which may be removed exposing a threaded barrel which accepts a suppressor. I personally always used the brake as the Weatherby Accubrake reduces recoil by about 50%.
I have put roughly 60 rounds through this rifle and I achieved sub-MOA accuracy with both Federal and Hornady’s 175 gr ELD-X along with Hornady’s 180 gr ELD Match.
Reason for selling– I have another lightweight mountain rifle I am building and a heavier 7mm prc so simply do not need this one.
