Brand New, never used, battery never installed. Original owner, got this as a gift 7ish years ago and never found the need for it. Has all documents, tools, parts, pieces, and sticker. Includes two Mounts, one short and the other tall. They are NOT quick release, but have the two side screws as seen in the photos. Located in Billings and can meet at my place of employment on the west end of town.
