Tiffany & Co. Legacy Platinum Diamond Engagement Ring – 1.52 total carat weight, 1.12 center diamond weight according to insurance appraisal paperwork (included with sale), with an appraised value of $20,650.00 in 2017. Obviously worth far more today.
Tiffany states total carat weight is actually 1.53.
Today’s retail price would be more than $33,000. One example of this ring with near similar color but lesser cut as mine fat a fine jeweler is shown in the pictures for $33,000 in excellent used condition. If you know, you know Tiffany is the finest.
Center diamond is VVS1 clarity, G color, excellent cut, excellent polish and excellent symmetry, no fluorescence.
Surrounding VS1-VS2 clarity, E-F color, excellent/very good cut. I believe there are 42 total smaller diamonds, including the ones below the diamond (see pic), but please trust the pictures rather than my eyes.
Inside of the shank is engraved with Tiffany&Co PT950 Pat D467, 833 et al 1.12CT and other numbers I will further disclose to serious buyers. I have edited these numbers out of the pictures for security.
Size is 7.5, but Tiffany & Co. can easily resize for you, I have had multiple rings resized with them with no problem so long as its not an eternity ring.
Comes with original Tiffany gift box and ring holder, as well as insurance paperwork as shown.
