Thumbrest is spring-loaded and flips in when bolstering in any holster without manipulation or holding yer mouth funny, and stronger than the frame of the gun itself. Romeo M17 optic came installed on the gun, is zeroed for ball ammo and never left the gun. Also comes with the optional internal Sig tungsten grip weight, toolless removal if carrying for long periods. Gun and all accessories are single owner, bought new, and only used on this gun, about 2,400 rounds through it at competitions. Flawless performer, just moving on to a new duty gun.
