Winchester Model 70, .225 Winchester cal. bolt action rifle. Serial #739386, mfg. 1964. Very good condition. 22″ barrel has a bright bore with shallow rifling, front and rear sights removed. Fitted with a Bushnell Sportview fixed power scope with a duplex reticle and clear optics. Weaver scope rings. 95% polished blue finish on the barrel with muzzle wear and excellent matte blue finish on the receiver. The receiver is factory drilled and tapped at the left rear. Jeweled bolt and smooth action. Checkered wood stock with left side cheek rest is in good shape with some light impressions and some deeper impressions on the left side at the trigger guard. Black checkered butt plate. Has sling studs. Nice classic vintage Model 70! C&R OK.
