Here’s a used 1st gen Franklin Armory F17 Has Piston Complete Upper Assembly in 17 wsm. Comes as pictured with aluminum 20 round mags x3 and a 10 round mag x1 (one of the 20 round mags is marked as 10 rounds but holds 20 rounds). Also has a standard mil-sec charging handle, Arisaka VFG and Nordic Rifle Length Top Rail. Barrel is 13.8” that was previously “lightly” pin and welded but removed.
