Hakim rifle in 8mm Mauser (8×57). I’ve owned it for a number of years, it shoots great and the recoil is minimal due to the incredibly effective muzzle brake. Seriously, it feels like shooting a 5.56… These were designed by the Swedes when they sold their entire production line to Egypt back in the day. It’s an unusual but lovely old battle rifle that’s looking for a new home.
