Up for sale is a CZ 452-2E ZKM Varmint chambered in .17 HMR with a factory 17″ heavy barrel and wood stock.
This is a pretty rare gun, even more rare in the US. It isn’t a standard CZ-USA catalog rifle. It was made for the european market and brought over by a US importer, complete with British proof marks alongside the original Czech factory stamps.
Built for European shooter specs, it features factory threaded muzzle on the short bull barrel.
CZ purists still regard the discontinued 452 as the high point of their rimfire lineup because of its traditional threaded-in barrel receiver design.
The short heavy barrel makes it a remarkably handy, laser-accurate setup for varmints or target work. Excellent overall condition with smooth bolt lockup.
