Pretty much brand new. I have shot the 3 mags through this pistol (around 70 rounds). It’s a great shooting pistol that shoots so incredibly flat. I’ve owned this for less than a month. Everything included that came with it (1-23 rd mag, 2-21 rd mag, 10&8 lb spring, plus a RMR optic plate all for $2300.
I also have a Osight C green multi-reticle installed I’ll sell the gun and optic for $2400. I bought the optic brand new at same time as the Sig.
