So, what is the point of this. As far as I can see the guy was a bonafide scum bag that could/should have been arrested for no small number of charges. Not to mention the gun was stolen(which is its own felony capable of ruining anybody’s s day). I guess I am asking genuinely what message you are trying to convey. Because the title of the article is quite different from what the actual article itself says. Any insight is appreciated.
