Made a deal to buy his beretta APX this Sunday. He was going to meet in helena as I live in Lincoln. Later I was going thru my collection to pick out items for the upcoming Helena gunshow and found i already had the same Apx model. Very understanding fellow. Guess it happens and he was a stand up guy about it
