Lied about trade

I worked with a buyer who stated his name was Earl Mooney +1 (406) 698-6522 and we made a deal to trade brass and loaded ammo.
I traded 249 pieces 300 Win Mag brass new in the bag Winchester and factory primed Federal, also 273 once fired 7 Mag brass, partial box of factory 243 ammo and 2 gallons of mixed /assorted brass.
In exchange the buyer stated he had once fired 270 count of 6.5 Creedmoor brass and 140 rounds of factory loaded ammo that was from a bulk purchase.
We made the exchange; However, once I started processing the brass I noticed the 6.5 Creedmoor brass had already started head separation on 61 pieces of brass out of 270 pieces (22.5% defective) due to being reloaded so many times. I initially noticed the sizing die was tight on the suspect brass and the brass rebounded instead of bumping back. I decided to anneal the brass and afterwards used a dial indicator and confirm case head separation.
As a result I was skeptical of the supposed factory loaded ammo, so I took them apart and it was actually hand loaded. The supposed factory ammo had burnt carbon in the primer pockets and in the case from being fired prior to being reloaded. It also had a mystery spherical powder in it. That the seller would not respond to a txt and explain what powder it was. Rendering this loaded ammo unusable. Essentially he lied and stole my new brass for worn out brass and poorly assembled hand loaded ammo.
