Threw a little fit when I asked questions about his thrashed Enfield No4 priced at $650. Three major red flags that the rifle was seriously out of spec. Local gun store in Helena had one in absolutely perfect condition for $1k. His might be worth $150 tops. He pulled the rifle from my hands and told me I need to seriously shorten my list of questions. Well, if I’m buying a 90 year old gun for $650, I better have more than two questions. It’s almost like he knew he was selling junk and got defensive. Also felt like he was entitled to a sale. Avoid at all costs.
