Agreed to a trade and then backed out because he wanted cash. I made a cash offer that he declined. Less than a day later he changed the listing price to exactly what I had offered and sold it to someone else.
When asked for an explanation he ghosted me. I wouldn’t bother contacting him again.

There are other more reasonable and prompt people to sell to. Don't expect someone to sit around waiting for you to get your stuff together.
