JW was easy to work with and very communicative. I appreciated his willingness to adjust meeting time when I was a little late for our original meeting time and had to update it. He was pleasant and prepared, and had paperwork (bill of sale and record of transfer) filled out well in advance of our meeting. Overall, a great individual to work with.
