Tariffs are a huge mistake. They hurt more than they help. Anti-conservative / anti-common-sense policy. They're always eventually disastrous, just like price controls, another communist idea. One of Trump's many blind spots. Anything that grows the fedgov is bad, and tariffs grow the fedgov.
