I have 1000 rds of what I was told is Soviet .22LR from the 70’s or 80’s for state training. I can’t verify much, but it appears to be very nice quality ammo. I google translated the writing and didn’t get much info, which leads me to believe this was made for state purposes. The headstamp ‘V’ is likely Vostok; they manufactured other .22 ammo behind the iron curtain.
I couldn’t find any comparable value, so my asking is a best guess.
