I do not think Danny sounds like a racist. I don't know the guy. Do you even know what the term racist means? Most don't now a days. It means one race feels they are more superior then the other. This man had documented mental issues and should NEVER been issued a CCP. Also did he legally buy the M4 he used? If so once again the background NCIS never worked. It's a mental issue NOT a gun issue!!!
